Salary: 45,000-$48,000 (Depending on Experience)

This position is a part of the team of Facilities Supervisors that ensures the Oranje facilities services are implemented. The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high quality janitorial services at different sites. Supervises teams and is responsible for delivering multiple preventative maintenance projects, and providing the Oranje team with accurate and timely data and reports on these activities. In addition, the Janitorial Supervisor provides leadership and direction on special projects and preventative janitorial maintenance issues. Significant and demonstrated successful supervision of a work crew is required to manage the janitors and coordinate the successful implementation of the cleaning schedules with the building Operations Manager. This position requires a high standard of accountability, ability to work in a team environment and to be energized by leading a team, attention to customer service, and a commitment to effective use of resources.

Salary Range: $40k- $45k (Depending on experience)

Schedule: Mon – Fri 6:00pm – 2:00am

Complete training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have AZ drivers license

Job description

Orange is now searching for an employee who can assist with callouts, vacation requests, and cover for vacancies.  So typically, they would drive to the location and work the full shift. 

Pay Rate: $16.00

Schedule: Generally Mon – Fri 5:00pm to 1:30am

Mileage reimbursement*

Driver Criteria:

• Age of drivers 23-72
• All drivers are required to have a US issued drivers license.
• Driving record criteria:
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 1 accident and 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
• Mobile phone violations shall be considered moving violations
• No alcohol or drug related violations in the last 5 years, any such violation appearing on the driving record beyond 5 years is a carrier referral. If the reinstatement of such violation occurred within the last 3 years, the driver shall be deemed ineligible.

No MAJOR violations including the following in the last 3 years:

• Reckless driving
• Speeding more than 25 miles over the speed limit
• Any conviction for driving with suspended/revoked drivers license
• Leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run)
• Using a motor vehicle for commission of felony.
• Negligent homicide, manslaughter or assault arising out of operation of a motor vehicle.

*Moving violations are traffic offenses committed when a vehicle is in motion*
